The Kardashians love to throw huge parties for one another on special occasions and so it comes as no surprise that Kourtney enjoyed a very lavish affair for her 40th bash.
Her sister Kim, 38, shared pictures of all the details on the night to her Instagram account, which showed Kourtney's very lifelike 'naked' cake, which saw her perching on the side of a bath and her modesty covered in soap suds.
The stars came out in force for the party which was held inside her 63-year-old mother Kris's house, with the inside adorned with fairy lights, including the rest of her famous family and Paris Hilton.
