Thief nearly tasered by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s security for allegedly trying to steal actor’s bike

Just weeks after he was drop-kicked in South Africa, the Terminator star’s £4,300 ($5,500) electric bike was almost stolen by a masked thief while he was finishing up his morning session.

Footage taken outside the Gold’s Gym in LA shows the 71-year-old celeb’s bodyguard pulling a Taser on a man who allegedly tried to steal his custom-made, fat-tired Felt Outfitter mountain bike.

The bodyguard held the suspected thief — who sported a red bandana over his face — at Taser-point while Schwarzenegger snatched his bike back.

His souped-up camouflage-patterned bike is valued at $5,500, according to the Daily Mail.

In video, the alleged thief appeared to be arguing with the security guard after he whipped out the weapon. Eventually, the guard re-holstered the Taser and appears to let the suspect go.

Schwarzenegger is shown in photos inspecting the bike and was later seen posing for photographs with fans before pedalling away.
