American rapper, Cardi B, has made known her intention to apply for Nigerian citizenship.
The singer said this over fears of a Third World War breaking out, following Donald Trump’s authorised airstrike that killed Iranian Major-General, Qassem Soleimani, commander of Iranian-backed Quds Force in Iraq.
The killing sent shockwaves across the world, leading many to predict that an Iranian retaliation could spark WWIII.
Cardi B, while blaming Trump for the chaos on Twitter, said she is filing for a Nigerian Citizenship.
"Naaaaa these memes are fuckin but shit ain’t no joke ! Specially being from New York .Its sad this man is putting Americans live in danger.Dumbest move Trump did till date …I’m filing for my Nigerian citizenship," she wrote.
