Nene Leakes being sued by her boyfriend's estranged wife for stealing her husband!

Real Housewives of Atlanta star, NeNe Leakes is being sued by her boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh’s ex-wife for hooking up with her partner which led to the failure of her marriage. 

In the lawsuit acquired by TMZ, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh alleges NeNe slept with her hubby, Nyonisela Sioh, while the now-ex-couple was married.

The court documents claim NeNe’s high-profile public image and visible lifestyle with Nyonisela were key to humiliating Malomine and ruining her relationship with Nyonisela. 

The suit is being filed in North Carolina, which is one of a small handful of states where a person can sue a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection.

In this suit, the estranged wife is claiming emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection, and seeking more than $100,000 in restitution.

Nene first sparked romance rumors with Nyonisela Sioh in December last year. They were both spotted leaving a Miami Beach restaurant while holding hands.

NeNe was previously married to Gregg Leakes who passed away in September 2021 due to colon cancer. Her new relationship comes after the death of her late husband.
