As the world eagerly awaits the arrival of one royal baby, Prince Louis is temporarily stealing the spotlight for his first birthday.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared three adorable new photos of the young royal in honour of his first birthday today April 23.
Taken earlier this month by Kate Middleton, the images show the beaming young royal posing on the grounds of the Cambridge's Anmer Hall in Norfolk, where the family have been based for Prince George and Princess Charlotte's school break.
In two of the photos, a beaming Prince Louis wears a maroon knit sweater and navy blue trousers, while in the third photo he sports a blue top with an image of a dog.
