United Nations System in Nigeria on Tuesday donated three ambulances to Lagos State government.
According to the health agency, this was to support the government’s effort in curbing the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state.
It added that the donation of the ambulances would boost the fight against COVID-19 in the state, following the recent successes recorded in Lagos.
The ambulances were presented by Dr. Braka Fiona and received by Governor Babajide Sanwoolu. Edward Kallon, WHO Nigeria and SGF/Chair, Presidential Task Force on COVID also witnessed the presentation.
