Elon Musk's transgender daughter reportedly files to change her surname

Elon Musk’s transgender daughter no longer wants the last name of her famous father.

According to TMZ reports, Musk’s daughter, who was born male and formerly known as  Xavier Alexander Musk has filed legal documents to officially change her name to that of a girl, Vivian Jenna Wilson.

As for the reason for her name change, Vivian, 18, maintains that she does not want to be related to Musk “in any way, shape or form.”

"Gender Identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” she said, per TMZ.

Vivian’s new last name will that of her mother’s, Canadian author Justine Wilson, who was married to Musk from 2000 to 2008. The couple had six children together: Nevada, who died of sudden infant death syndrome in 2000; Vivian and her twin brother, Griffin; as well as triplet sons Kai, Saxon and Damian.

Vivian’s hearing on the name change is scheduled for Friday.

While neither Elon or Vivian have publicly acknowledged the latter’s sexuality, Musk has acknowledged his support for the transgender community. Back in December 2020, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO tweeted, “I absolutely support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.”

Vivian and her twin, Griffin Musk, are the eldest of the Tesla magnate’s seven living children.

Woman, 23, insists she's not a gold digger after falling in love with a 56-year-old millionaire on Tinder

A 23-year-old lady has declared that she is not a gold digger and that her love is completely genuine for a millionaire - who is twice her age.

Allana Luke and her fiancĂ©, Jeff Winn who owns an 11-bedroom mansion insist they have found true love.

The pair have been inseparable since their second date to Marbella where Jeff bought the ex-travel agent a pair of diamond earrings for her birthday.

And Allana, whose mum compares the romance to the film Pretty Woman, wants everyone to know the love she has for Jeff is genuine.

“There’s no denying Jeff looks much older than me, which can cause people to roll their eyes when they see us,” she says.

"They automatically assume I am just another girl after his money. I don’t blame them as it would be my first thought too. But I would still be with Jeff even if he lost the house and went bankrupt."

Since the couple met in 2020, Allana has been spoiled with an Audi TT, a Rolex watch, designer handbags and holidays to destinations such as Barbados and Thailand.

But Allana, who was living in a council flat before she moved in with Jeff, says she is willing to sign a pre-nup before they marry and relinquish rights to the mansion – a former girls’ school in Jesmond, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, where the couple have a full-time cleaner, estate manager, bartender and three gardeners.

Allana, who says she has always liked older men, met Jeff on Tinder in October 2020.

She says: “I decided to increase the age range on my Tinder as I was fed up with immature guys my own age.

“I set it to 25 to 60-year-olds, and the next day I matched with Jeff. His profile made me stop as his photo was of him standing outside the house. His bio said he’d just finished restoring it so I thought it would be a good story to tell friends, even if it didn’t work out.”

Woman who was allegedly raped as a teen loses custody of child to the accused rapist, ordered to pay child support

A Louisiana judge gave an accused rapist custody of the child conceived from the 2005 attack and eventually ordered his underage victim to pay child support, a report said.

Crysta Abelseth told WBRZ that she was raped at 16 years old when a man nearly twice her age promised to give her a ride home from a local restaurant after a night out with friends.

"Instead of bringing me home, he brought me to his house,” Abelseth said about John Barnes, who was 30 at the time. “Once inside, he raped me on his living room couch.”

The teen became pregnant and had a daughter, who is now a teenager herself, the station said.

"Everyone assumed it [the pregnancy] was from a boyfriend, and I let them believe that,” Abelseth told the outlet.

Barnes reportedly came back into the picture five years later when he found out the child might be his.

"When my daughter was 5 years old, he found out about her, and once he found out about her, he pursued custody and wanted to take her away from me,” Abelseth said, explaining that a DNA test proved with near certainty that he was the father.

“They granted him 50/50 custody despite the fact that [the child] was caused by rape.”

Abelseth filed rape charges against Barnes in 2015 after she found out it was within Louisiana’s statute of limitations, the station reported.

“I thought if I didn’t do it the next day, there was nothing I could do about it,” Abelseth reportedly said.

"I went to a trauma counselor, and he said, ‘No, you have 30 years after you turn 18.''

The now-32-year-old said she has struggled to gain any traction with the justice system and reportedly lost custody of her daughter over allegations she gave her a cellphone.

Court records in connection with the case were inexplicably sealed, according to the article.

“He’s well connected. He’s threatened me multiple times, saying he has connections in the justice system, so I better be careful and he can take her away anytime he wants to. I didn’t believe him until it happened," Abelseth told the station of Barnes.

Woman’s body eaten by 20 cats after collapsing at home

A woman was found partially eaten by her 20 cats after collapsing at her home alone.

Police believe she had been dead for two weeks when they finally found her body surrounded by the animals.

The gruesome discovery was made after an employee called the police in the Russian city of Bataysk when she was unable to contact her.

‘The cats were left alone on their own for two weeks. There was no food, so what else to eat?

"It’s understandable right? They ate what there was", said an animal expert who cared for the surviving animals.

Some of the healthier cats were sold on to new owners for £29 each.

Woman reveal she was offered £16,000 to fly to Dubai to fulfil a prince's bizarre fetishes

A woman has revealed how she was offered £16,000 to fly to Dubai to allegedly fulfil a prince's bizarre fetishes, including urinating on her.

Saint Mullan, from London, shared a video on TikTok about how she received a private message on Instagram from someone claiming to be a friend of a Dubai prince.

In the clip, which has been viewed more than two million times, she shares screenshots where they specify how much they will pay her and what they expect her to do.

The content creator told the Mirror she never had any intention of flying out to Dubai but says she kept replying to see how far he would take the conversation.

In the screengrabs, this unidentified person claims this prince is throwing a yacht party and Saint is invited because "our prince loves beautiful women" and he finds her "very attractive".

The prince, who is reportedly worth £321million, was allegedly ready to pay Saint £16,000 to join him and his friend - which is less than one per cent of his net worth.

Saint, who says her suspicions were immediately raised, started to ask questions about if she could bring friends and how would the money get paid.

Then the invite took an odd turn.

The message then reads: "You will not spend a single dollar when you come to Dubai, but there is something that we need to ask of you."

They continue: "The prince, as well as myself, have fetishes and we just need them pleased in return for everything. I can list them now for you."

The fetishes included various parts of the feet and hand and a urination fetish. When Saint rejected the idea, the person then pleaded for her to play out just foot fetishes.

Saint said: "It was very random but then I had no idea it had anything to do with Dubai porta potty. I was never going to do a video on it because I didn't know that it was such a big thing and I saw that other people were also affected.

"I wanted to address it and to make people aware to prevent this. In terms of the price it was nothing because I was never going to go."

Allegations of influencers and models being flown out to Dubai to perform bizarre fetishes are not new as legal experts have said many of them are deterred from reporting it to the police..

(MUST READ!) Hospital explains that lady who had liposuction died after '' A Very Rare Acute Blood Transfusion Reaction''

A Lagos-based medical facility, Cynosure Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinics, has reacted to the allegations of negligence following the death of one of its clients.

On Thursday, a Nigerian lady took to Twitter to allege that a surgeon neglected a female friend of hers who she said had complained of bleeding after she underwent liposuction at the facility. Liposuction is a technique that removes excess fat from under the skin by suction for a possible transfer.

The accuser shared what appeared to be pre and post-surgery photos, evidencing butt enlargement and slim waist. She said the medical centre only opened up on what transpired after the deceased, identified as Crystabel, was discovered to have been missing for days.

In a press statement, Cynosure opened up on the post-surgery complications that led to the victim’s death.

“Her blood levels were adequate. Her renal and liver functions were normal. She was stable and doing well after the surgery, was seen walking around, and was visited by a friend as well,” the medical centre said.

“She was with us for four days when, on the 4th day during the ward rounds, it was observed that she was symptomatically anaemic despite earlier interventions to prevent that.

“Her PCV was checked and rechecked and it was low, which was attributed to the loss from intra-operation and from daily lymphatic drainage massage following the liposuction procedure.

“She was informed about the situation and assured that we were initiating blood transfusion and she consented.”

It added that the patient was properly investigated pre-surgery and her indicators came out as normal.

Cynosure said the client lost blood after the surgery, a development it said was normal in such procedures.

The hospital said it put mechanisms in place for a blood transfusion but the patient would later suffer “a very rare acute blood transfusion reaction” evidenced by her dark-coloured urine and the findings on her chest.

Cynosure added that it couldn’t immediately reach her family when she passed away due to wrong contact details.

“Ten units after the completion, a post-transfusion vitals check revealed that she had a fever, which she was promptly managed with antipyretic drugs and steroids to stop any amount of reaction,” the hospital said.

“This was late in the evening on the 4th-day post-op. (30th May 2022). About four hours after the transfusion, she started complaining of chest tightness and difficulty breathing.

“She was coughing with the production of a thick frothy yellow sputum in the early hours of the 5th day, having suffered a very rare acute blood transfusion reaction.

“As the day progressed, she took a turn as her lung function was no longer clinically improving despite being on 100% oxygen at high flows whilst fully conscious and communicative.”

The hospital further stated that it had attempted to transfer the patient to an ICU but she died in the process. The clinic said it had invited the police after the family’s reaction had caused a temporary breakdown of law and order.

“The blood bank was contacted to rerun the group and cross-matching on her blood samples whilst we also sent a sample of her blood and remnants of the transfused blood to another blood bank for quality control”, it added.

“The results revealed they were compatible based on the routine blood grouping and cross-matching methods available in-country at the moment.

“A Coombs test was carried out as part of our follow-up to prove the situation.

"[It] returned positive, indicative of auto-immune hemolytic anaemia (AIHA) which is a condition where the immune system of a person attacks their own red blood cells, especially after previous sensitization.

“We would like to express our support for the family in their quest for an autopsy,” it concluded.

Tennis star Naomi Osaka reveals athletes are taught to 'Win at All Costs' at expense of more important things

Tennis champion, Naomi Osaka believes it's time for athletes to be defined by things beyond just their athletic ability.

The 24-year-old was featured on the latest cover of Dazed magazine and opened up about why she chose to be vocal about racial injustice and mental health.

"I think as high-level athletes, we are accustomed to being trained to win at all costs, but actually there are more important things in life, and it doesn't define who we are as people," she told the outlet for its Summer 2022 cover story.

"It's a big change, but also quite subtle at the same time."

Osaka made headlines last year when she was fined $15,000 for not participating in post-match interviews at the French Open.

She then voluntarily withdrew from the Grand Slam tournament, citing her need to prioritize her mental health and emotional wellbeing. She said the moment helped her realize the immense pressure athletes face.
