Britney Spears was permitted to go on a “day trip” with boyfriend Sam Asghari amid her stay at a mental health facility over the weekend.
The singer was spotted wearing a red dress and brown Birkenstocks as she made her way out of the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills with Ashgari, shielding her from the paparazzi on Easter Sunday.
However, a source confirmed to Pagesix that the break was for less than 24 hours and the 37-year-old singer has not been permanently released from treatment.
This is the first time Spears has been spotted out in public since sources confirmed she checked herself into a mental health facility in April to cope with her father’s declining health.
