"My best friend snatched my man while I was busy chasing my passion” – Wendy Shay laments

Ghanaian singer, Wendy Shay has revealed that her boyfriend was snatched by her best friend.

The music star who made a song about her experience, stated that while she was out on the streets chasing her passion, her supposed best friend was making a move on her man.

She added that it is hard for hardworking women to find genuine love. The Ghanaian songstress further revealed that her ex-boyfriend is now in a relationship with her best friend.

In her words: “It’s hard for Hardworking women to get genuine love. Whiles I was on the road chasing my Passion my so called bestfriend was also chasing my man and now they are together So ShayGang excuse me for my language, this song is very personal.”

Halima Abubakar admits 'Affair', reveals she slept with Apostle Johnson Suleman

Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar has admitted to having a sexual relationship with Apostle Johnson Suleman.

Suleman, the general overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries International, has been enmeshed in the labyrinth of “sex scandals” in the past years.

In July, the cleric was in the news again after a blog claimed he had affair with a host of Nigerian actresses including Abubakar, Georgina Onuoha, Queen Nwokoye, Shan George, and Vivian Metchie.

Ohers, according to the blog, include Lilian Bach, Iyabo Ojo, Ruth Kadiri, Mercy Johnson, Chinyere Winifred, Larriet Omo Brish, Ini Edo, Joy Ogbunu, Angela Okorie, and Mary Uranta.

At the time, the report sparked heated reactions on social media, with several of the named actresses dismissing the allegation.

In a new post via the Instagram story of Halima Abubakar, she stated that she was oblivious to the fact the Apostle was a married man.

According to the ailing actress, the clergy claimed to be separated with three kids from his ex-wife. while admitting regrets, Halima further lambasted the pastor for allegedly paying off blogs to control the narrative put out about their affair.

"I f*ck up yes. I own my mistakes. But I won’t lie anymore. Nigga said he was separated. I didn’t meet a married man. I met a bizman with three kids. Long story, stay away from liars,” she wrote.

"Every month only you. How do you sleep? You paid off the blogs, only you, God forbid. Look for lies and send it to your bloggers. They need am,” she added.

“But you you you JS. You bought market Sule. Emperor Sule. Allow me rest biko. Don’t fuck with me, bro. Dude.”

"Freedom is priceless" - Ice Prince says after release from Ikoyi prison

Nigerian singer, Panshak Zamani, a.k.a Ice Prince, has said freedom is priceless after spending six days in Ikoyi prison.

The rapper stated this via his Twitter handle on Thursday night, September 15, a week after he was released on bail.

"Freedom is priceless," he tweeted.

The ‘Oleku’ crooner is standing trial on a three-count charge bordering on assault, obstructing a policeman from carrying out its statutory duties, and abduction.

He was arrested in the early hours of Friday September 2, for allegedly abducting and assaulting a police officer in Lagos.

The court granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 and asked him to provide “two responsible sureties.

The court also ordered his remand at the Ikoyi correctional facility until his bail conditions were met.

Frederick Leonard reveals he has a woman in his life and she lives with him

Nollywood actor, Frederick Leonard, has stated that he is no longer single.

He made this known while raising alarm on his verified Instagram account over the rate of fraud committed with his name and brand.

He shared a flyer printed by impostors which falsely stated that he has signed a deal with Netflix and would be recruiting people into the movie industry.

Leonard stated that it is obviously the work of fraudsters and impostors. He thereby washed his hands off some publications.

He also made it clear that he is no longer single and has a woman living with him in his house in Lagos for those who are easily deceived by his impostors on the promise of marriage.

Singer Buju talks about feeling insecure and inferior while growing up

Singer Daniel Benson, aka BNXN, has opened up on some of the struggles he went through while growing up.

In an interview with Joey Akan, the singer spoke of his upbringing.

While recalling the class difference between his background and the people he mingled with, he said he felt insecure and inferior at a point.

He added he would later tap into the sense of community that came with living in his neighborhood.

“I moved to Mowe at around 10-11 years of age. I had to school in Ogun state. Gbagada had a whole more happening in it. Mowé was a lot more rural. There, it was very hard to dream”, he said.

“Everyone around were the affluent ones. But we were just regular middle-class people. I found myself coming to Lagos just to feel something. I was very insecure. I went to some of the best schools.

“I met kids from the best backgrounds, but I wasn’t that guy. Whenever they were having certain conversations, I always somewhat felt inferior, especially when I told my friends I wanted to make music.

“I didn’t feel like I could fit in, but I knew I could achieve it. Sometimes, that social switch messed with me. You’d ask me where I stayed and I’d lie to you I was in Lagos. Nobody followed me home but some knew.
