Man gets jailed for masturbating in public near horses

A British man has been sent to prison for masturbating in public near horses after been caught twice within 24 hours period. 

The 61-year-old Malcolm Downes is said to have a charted history of masturbating in front of animals. A witness of Downes' most recent act said they believed the man to be urinating but “soon became clear he was in fact masturbating." The prosecutor Neil Coxon told reporters, “This activity went on for three or four minutes. His penis was exposed for about 10 minutes." 

When questioned by authorities about the activity, Downes stated: “I was sat on a bench. I was feeling sexy so I started to…” Downes was arrested but later released. Within that same 24-hour period, however, Downes went right back to committing the lewd act when he was caught by an off-duty cop. 

Downes repeatedly told authorities he knows what he's doing is wrong but he cannot stop the urge.
