Kim Kardashian and hubby Kanye West celebrated the arrival of her fourth child and her fifth anniversary this month.
On Saturday, West had surprised his wife with a visit to see Celine Dion in concert at Caesars Palace, a day after they celebrated their wedding anniversary.
The celebrity couple were stylishly dressed for the event as they were photographed posing with Celine Dion backstage.
