Fashion designer and Celebrity stylist, Tolu Bally who celebrated her birthday last week took to her social media handle to show off her beautiful birthday dress which was made by her sister Chinelo.
Bally explained that fashion practically runs in her family, that her mother is a fashion designer and also was her dad.
