"Help is available" - Halima Abubakar talks on mental health awareness
To mark the World Mental Health Day celebration, Halima Abubakar is speaking out to people to always seek help when they found out their mental or emotional state is getting worse.
The 34-year-old, says people should talk to someone they trust and never to consider suicide.
"If your mental or emotional state quickly gets worse, or you're worried about someone you know - help is available.
You're not alone; talk to someone you trust. Sharing a problem is often the first step to recovery....Talk to a loved one...sucide is never the answer or see a doctor loves.A happy mind is a healthy soulmentalhealthawarenessmentalhealthdayhalimaabubakarfoundationadvocate💛💛💛 love and light💛," she wrote.
