Rihanna stuns on the cover of British Vogue Magazine's May Issue

Rihanna is the cover girl for the May 2020 Issue of British Vogue Magazine.

In the new issue the multi-hyphenate talks to Afua Hirsch about her forthcoming album, her desire to become a mother and the importance of owning it.

Asked on the release date of her upcoming album, nicknamed R9, she answered;

"I can’t say when I’m going to drop. But I am very aggressively working on music".

Questioned on what people can expect from the album, she said;

"I don’t want my albums to feel like themes. There is no format. There’s just good music, and if I feel it, I’m putting it out.

On the music genre aspect of the album, she said;

“I feel like I have no boundaries. I’ve done everything – I’ve done all the hits, I’ve tried every genre – now I’m just, I’m wide open. I can make anything that I want.”
