"Trust no one" - Actress Georgina Onuoha advises colleagues and public figures on the importance of NDA

 

The importance of Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA)  can never be stressed enough as this ensures confidential and private information about public figures are not disclosed to the public. 

Nollywood actress, Georgina Onuoha has also decided to remind her colleagues on this importance as she took to Instagram to tell them to learn the use of NDA to protect themselves and their loved ones.

The actress said, it's scary the level of savagery and impunity with which people cross lines nowadays so she asked her colleagues to trust no one and protect their rights and implement them in the non-disclosure agreement. 

She wrote: "If you are a public figure in Nigeria, be it in entertainment, sports, politics, business, or even relationships, learn to use a non-disclosure agreement to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Trust no one around you, friends, PA’s, or domestic workers. Anyone privy to your personal and private space should sign it. 

Get yourself a lawyer in Nigeria to draft you one according to any law or laws in the books that protects privacy. 

Carry it with you when engaging anyone with it comes to your private life. 

This is a legal document binding by law.
