BBnaija star Khloe has shaded her co-reality star, Alex for saying people who go under the knife are insecure.
Khloe who has been quite vocal and proud of her cosmetic surgery didn't find the statement funny.
She took to Instastories to throw jab at Alex while tagging her by saying, "God knows talking to much is a sin".
