Davido, Yemi Alade, Mr Macaroni, other celebrities saddened over Ondo church attack

 

Nigerian singer, Davido, Toyin Abraham, Yemi Alade, Falz and other Nigerian celebrities have mourned the death of worshipers killed at St Francis Catholic Church, Owo, in Ondo State on Sunday, June 5 during a church service.

Recall that gunmen had stormed the church on Sunday and killed over 50 worshipers, while several others sustained gunshot injuries. 

Celebrities and public figures took to their respective social media accounts to mourned as they expresssed sadness over the incident.

 On his Twitter page on Sunday, Davido wrote, “Jesus take control. Pray for Nigeria. RIP to all the lost souls. #prayforondo. This is too much. 

Mr. Macaroni, the skit maker, wrote: “Our leaders are heartless! These people are playing games with the lives of Nigerians! Stop sacrificing the lives of Nigerians! Stop! Enough is Enough!

“Children lying in a pool of their own blood! All for what? To what end? This is not the Nigeria we want,” he continued.
