Prince Harry and Meghan Markle removed from Royal Foundation website

Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle have been removed from Kate and Prince William’s Royal Foundation website, marking an official end to their joint venture.

The Royal Foundation site has removed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from their “principals,” leaving just Kate and William.

Prince William is also credited with founding the organization despite starting it with his younger brother in 2009.

Harry and wife Meghan Markle are now no longer mentioned on the site, and projects under the Sussexes name, including the Invictus Games and Meghan’s Together: Our Community Cookbook, have been dropped from the site.

Meghan and Harry’s departure from the site follows their decision to establish their own Sussex Royal charity foundation.

The news of the split was announced earlier this year, with Buckingham Palace confirming that Royal Foundation would now become the “principle charitable and philanthropic vehicle for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.”

The new charity, yet to be officially launched, will be run from Buckingham Palace.

The restructuring of the site came after Harry and Meghan relocated to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, breaking away from their joint household with William and Kate in Kensington Palace.
